Reservations and bookings are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions:-

1.         Telephone Bookings

These are accepted subject to written confirmation and payment being received promptly.

2.         Acknowledgments

Payment and reservation will be acknowledged. For the purpose of VAT a receipted invoice for the fees will be issued.

3.         Confirmation

Upon receipt of payment, course information and joining instructions will be forwarded giving details of time will be offered subject to availability.

4.         Cancellation by Lockwell

Lockwell Lectrics Ltd., reserve the right to cancel any proposed course and will give as much notice as is reasonable and practical.

In the event that a course cannot be held or completed, Lockwell Lectrics Ltd., will endeavor to reschedule the course within a reasonable period. Should it not be possible to agree a mutually acceptable date, then a full refund of fees already paid will be made.

5.         Cancellation by Participants

Cancellation must be made in writing. Those reaching Lockwell Training Centre more than 14 days before course commencement will be fully refunded. Thereafter the full course fee is forfeited. However, substitutions will be accepted at any time for confirmed course places.

6.         Prices

Prices include documentation, lunch and refreshment but do not include evening meals or accommodation or any travel costs.

7.         Health and Safety at Work Act

The customer must ensure that all participants are aware of their responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act.

may provide course notes and other training material which, which are intended for the sole use of the individuals attending the courses. The materials provided must not be duplicated for the benefit of non-participants nor should any other documentation, samples or other materials be removed from Lockwell Lectrics Ltd. Technical & Training Centre premises by participants without specific authorisation in writing.

9.         Save where Lockwell Lectrics Ltd., is shown to have failed to exercise reasonable care and such failure results in death or personal injury, the Company shall not be liable in respect of any claims arising by reason of death, personal injury or loss of or damage to property arising from the attendance at the Lockwell Lectrics Ltd., Technical & Training Centre.
